Your order will get processed and safely packaged from our warehouse overseas. It then gets shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on the quantity of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through UPS.

Yes. We ship worldwide where possible to over 200 countries.

For some shipping companies, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the purchase date for each product. If you've placed an order for two or more items together, they may not arrive together due to careful and safe packaging to ensure your products arrive in PRISTINE condition. So please do not panic if only half of your order arrives early, the rest is on its way to you!
